Due to recent innovations in our online shopping process, we have decided to discontinue the SmartClub program. We will no longer be automatically charging SmartClub members' credit cards for new music releases. If this is a problem and you would like to automatically purchase all new music releases, please contact me to make arrangements.

We have just released two key features that led us to this decision.

  1. Downloadable Music - We have made our entire library of albums and singles downloadable directly from the web site. There is no need to ship physical discs. (Physical disc shipment is still available for albums at an additional cost plus shipping.)
  2. Loyalty Pricing - Our new Loyalty Pricing will use your last 365 days of purchases to determine your Volume Pricing Discount on new purchases of Albums OR Singles. More details on Loyalty Pricing

What this means to you:

  • New Releases will no longer automatically be billed and shipped to SmartClub members. You will need to complete a purchase for new music at the SmartSound web site. (Our new system remembers your information, so the checkout process is fast.)
  • You will need to log into your SmartSound account to make sure your Loyalty Pricing level includes all of your past purchases. (There is no charge to create a SmartSound.com account. If you already had a SmartSound.com account, your past orders should automatically be imported to your account.)
  • Free shipping has been eliminated. Music is now immediately downloadable from the web site. (Shipping is available at additional costs)
