As you know Vimeo has decided to discontinue its music store offerings, and along with it, its use of SmartSound music technology. However, if you purchased SmartSound music through the SmartSound part of the Vimeo website, SmartSound will be glad to support your previous Vimeo purchase(s) by allowing you to create an account at the SmartSound site. Please note this applies only to SmartSound music tracks and not to any tracks from Audio Socket, Creative Commons music or any other music not from the SmartSound library.
Once you create an account at the SmartSound website, we would be happy to upload your previously purchased SmartSound music track(s) to your new account, where you can access your music any time, do further customizations using SmartSound’s Cloud-based technology, Quicktracks, and download it any time to be used on your video projects.
With Vimeo you only had one specific version for each downloaded track, but with SmartSound you can continually use our Cloud-based creative system to shape and mold the track infinitely as your creative needs require!
