Your serial number comes affixed to either the CD case or the shrink-wrap around the CD case. We recommend you write it on the CD booklet for future reference.
If you already have Sonicfire Pro installed, you can find it by clicking "About Sonicfire Pro" from the Help menu (Win) or the Sonicfire Pro menu (Mac)
If you have a registered SmartSound account, your serial number(s) can be found in the My Software section after you have logged in.
If you can't find it anywhere, fill out the form below to request your number. Be sure to include as much information as possible so we can find you in our database.
Serial numbers will not be provided from our support department to anyone who is not listed in our customer database. If you have not registered your SmartSound software and have lost your serial number, fax a copy of your sales receipt along with your name, address, phone number, and email address to 818-920-9152.
