As the start of the company's new line of professional products, Sonicfire Pro takes up the torch from the award-winning SmartSound® for Multimedia and adds a blistering set of features designed to meet the demanding needs of visual creators.

Sonicfire Pro uses Sonic Desktop's patented SmartSound technology to create a soundtrack for any visual - faster and more professionally than any other audio tool. Sonicfire Pro, Bundle Edition, will sell for $499 (list/street) and includes the program plus four CDs of content. Sonicfire Pro is available through Sonic Desktop Software at www.smartsound.com or through dealers and resellers everywhere. Current users of Sonic Desktop's SmartSound products can upgrade to Sonicfire for a special price of $99. Add-on content CDs are also available for $69 or $129 depending on the desired quality of audio. Currently, Sonicfire Pro is available only for the Macintosh platform, with the Windows version expecting to scorch the editing landscape in April.
